Do you get this?; the taps are ready for use since Friday and the small washbasin since yesterday... and no-one comes to assemble this!!!
Meanwhile it's Friday, yesterday no-one has been here. Today they were with 2. Henk wants to help me downstairs again, but I am so exhausted that I even don't get my eyes open. With a lot of effort I say that I want to sleep. I had to repeat this several times till Henk understood me, so talking is again not much anymore. With even more effort I finally get my ear plugs in and put my eye mask on, this has cost me so much energy that I immediately fall asleep. At 13.30h I wake up, completely shattered but luckily I get my eyes open this time. Henk helps me downstairs and says that the 2 guys have left around 12.00h. They have assembled the washbasin at the toilet downstairs, the tap for there of course was wrong... and the right one of course has to be ordered again. I already don't look surprised from those things! Upstairs they have changed the bath tap and flushed the wall of yesterday. They even didn't had the tap from the sink at the bathroom with them. Yesterday or today they would connect the intercom, the cable was already ready past Friday. They still had to order the intercom and they would get it at least Friday. Yep, they of course did get it, but it was of course the wrong one. What a JERKES, they also have hang up the intercom upstairs, the cable for the intercom was done past Friday... how the hell can they order the wrong one!!!!!!! This will take another week. I don't get it that this company still exists????!!!!!

As for the tiles upstairs, well that's another story. They will not make it descent, the government has to pay extra for this... I doubt that they will do that.
Besides it's their mistake, they should have looked at the size of the existing tiles!!!! If you are not sick yet, then you will be of all this. So today we called the SPD for help again. Henk is pissed off. He says 'that it would be this way I knew upfront' because last year they needed a half year for making a toilet, but 'if they come each time for just a small bit of work, that they then $%$# come in the afternoon, no each time they come early in the morning and you (that's me) are completely broke due to this, that they $#%# bear this in mind!!!'. And you know what, he is right... because they each time early in the morning I am back to where I were, I again can't walk/sit/talk etc. anymore and this only because I don't get the rest I need!!!!! Due to all this I am meanwhile really frustrated... wouldn't you?!!!
They told us it would be ready this week... not! Now you of course say 'if this already went like this last year, why did you hire them again?'. Well that's the problem, if it were up to us they never had gotten the assignment, no if it were up to us they even couldn't enter. But we rent this house and then the owner decides which contractor will get the assignment and considering the owner works with this company........!!!!
