Meanwhile it's Wednesday June 27 and after several phone-calls we know now that this Friday they will call us when the workmen will come again to finish it (this Monday or Tuesday). I am curious if they will come next week, because last week they said they would come this week. So you absolutely can't make any appointments with this company.
Do you know what we found out also? The wheelchair my therapist appealed for for me, they didn't get this at the government. I have searched for this in my papers. What appears to be... I have got a copy of the request dated 16 February 2001. And now, almost July, the government discovers that they don't know anything about it and this while I have called for it several times. If I would get paid for my phone bill for these kinds of stuff, I would be rich. I also haven't got my electric wheelchair yet!!! Now they first have to check if there hasn't to be rebuild before I get the electric wheelchair, so this can take a while. I really hate it... now it is nice weather and I can go out by myself (into the village or to the market or stuff)!!! The way it looks now I may be happy if I get my electric wheelchair this year. Well, I will tell you honestly, if has to be like this and it will take a long time then I don't want it anymore!!!! I already muddle like this for years now, so I also can keep muddling on. I have appealed for that electric wheelchair in December 2000 and I still don't know when I will get it, the only I do know is that I will get it.

Monday July 2 we haven't seen anyone, Tuesday July 3 neither and you maybe already guess it... we didn't get a phone-call on Friday. So Henk calls the company who does the pluming, the tiling etc. and asks where they stay. They just say that nothing was arranged!!!! Now they want to come tomorrow (Wednesday) or the day after tomorrow (Thursday). So I get really angry and tell Henk that he has to give me the phone. I tell the man from the company that we had an appointment... no, he says, we hadn't agreed anything... yes, I say, we did... will be, he says and says that they will come tomorrow or the day after... no, I say, that's not possible, I &%$ had to adjust my agenda to you because they would come Monday or Tuesday, for Wednesday and Thursday I have appointments (Wednesday the ergonomic advisor finally comes to check if I can leave/enter the house with the electric wheelchair and Thursday comes a friend to visit)... then we come next Monday or Thursday, he says... then I am curious if you this time hold on to the appointment, I say sarcastic... yes we come, he says... I hope so, I say, because Monday July 16 I can go on a boat trip with The Red Cross and I don't like it if I, due to you, will be completely shattered the whole week on that trip.
I think you can imagine how angry we are. Can I go on a boat trip for a week, so I need to rest, no the company wants to spoil this for me!!!!

The SPD-consultant was here today, I have told him everything and he now will check it out and handle it, so this will take at least some stress away for me. He by the way also thinks the tiling in the bathroom is a scandal, so he will also try to do something about that.
