September 14, Friday afternoon, Henk heard from the government that our appeal against the call-bus has been approved!!! The government pays for the car-adjustments, so that my electric wheelchair can be transported!!!! YIPPEE!!!!

It's now Sunday September 16; unfortunately the 'looking around the corner' didn't stay with looking around the corner', no it came all the way, only this time luckily not as bad as those previous 2 days. Luckily I wasn't paralysed this time, but I still had no/less control over my muscles. Yesterday, Saturday, I didn't collapsed. I am of course exhausted due to the past days. Honestly said I don't like the idea that the painter is coming, this only because the paint-fumes. I really hope he comes at a bit better time.

Wednesday September 19 I finally got my electric wheelchair!! I actually would get it Tuesday, but because the delivery had bad luck en route, I got it a day later. It was really exhausting as they brought it, because it had be adjusted... so checking if the elbow-rest, foot-rest, head-rest etc is in the correct height. Because of this I had to sit, luckily I could put it in tub position (correct word?) so it still relieved my lower back a bit. So I sat in that electric wheelchair, I already saw stars and black spots, started Henk and that guy talking about computers. Hey Hello, I am sitting here dying from the pain and you are babbling about computers, this you can do when you are ready so that I can lie down again. They said they fully agreed with me and were laughing about my comment, but they first finished the wheelchair and after that they babbled on about computers.

Friday was the weather finally somewhat okay to try my electric wheelchair... boy that was laughing!!!! I went from left to right, well I haven't been behind the wheel for years!!!! Says Henk at one point 'put it a gear up', because we just were at a right piece of road where there was no traffic so no problem and up to gear 3... gear 4, boy I zoomed away and Henk running after me!!! Because this was too fast for me I put it back to gear 2, I however laughed my ass off.

Monday afternoon September 24 the contractor come to check... they check a lot but don't do much. Last October the plumbing-company had hang up a heating in the hallway due to adjustments. Since that time we are calling that the heating doesn't work. Finally they sent someone to look. This they have done more often already... looking and the one who came also just looked and nothing else and then we got a bill of about 135 US Dollars!!! We of course immediately wrote a letter that we won't pay, at last the heating has never worked. Then they called us that we had to pay. No, I said, we don't pay, if necessary we call Legal Aid. This I should not do, he said, because else we will find out. So he also started threatening and so we called Legal Aid. That for short. But that's one of the reasons why the contractor came to check and what appears to be the problem... the company had united the tubes wrong and that's why the heating didn't work!!! So now it's just tje question if they come fix it or else another company has to do it and NOT AT OUR COSTS!!!
