I can't tell you anything about trying my food allergies, because I have been really sick the past few weeks (again it was as if I would die, just like those 3 months in 1999) and due to this I now have even more allergies. At 'Dr. Tisscher' you can read what has happened the past weeks.
But I can tell that before the 'crisis' I could eat some foods with a 1 and I also didn't get so sick anymore of perfume etc., but due to the 'crisis' I now have even more allergies.
The only things that I at the moment can tolerate of food/fruit are:
lamb, horse, mutton, ostrich, egg yoke, salmon, shrimps, broccoli, cauliflower, shallot, chickpea, corn, endive, only two kinds of rice, rice-noodles, spaghetti made of rice, macaroni made of rice, rice milk, oatmeal milk, vinegar, olive oil, honey, fructose, peach, pear, strawberries, watermelon and forest fruit (raspberries etc). You can imagine that with this I am not really able to follow the rotation diet of 4 days.
So at this moment my diet is very boring, I actually eat every day almost the same but the rice-noodles, spaghetti etc.

Just briefly I can now also tolerate potatoes so now it sometimes can be switched with for example mash potato... that's at least something different after all those weeks of rice.

Thursday 29 August I have had my second EPD treatment, so I had to stay upstairs from Wednesday 28 August till Saturday 31 August. I didn’t mind to stay alone upstairs because I was rather tired and this way I can rest better… just watching a bit TV, listen to spoken books and sleep/rest somewhat. Due to the rite to Maastricht and the EPD injection itself I become more tired, so actually it’s fine for me that I have to stay upstairs.

This time I would get a larger dosage and apparently I got the normal dosage. We had to wait 15 till 20 minutes, if then nothing was wrong we could go home. Immediately after the injection I felt fucked up… I actually had to keep lying down quietly, but I couldn’t manage this. Probably due to that there is much to see in Maastricht; the weather was nice, a lot of people were walking around… and well I haven’t joined the fashion the past years so there was a lot to see and laugh for me… well that happens if you don’t come out and among the people and so I could easily examine everybody who walked by.

About 10 minutes after the injection I started getting really tired and so the ‘hyperactivity’ was also over, also the place of injection started to itch… the previous time this happened immediately. We waited for one more 10 minutes and because I didn’t feel extremely worse or so we left back home. On the way home I started feeling more and more tired and I was glad as I finally were back in my bed upstairs.
